Attached is a scan of Dumfries & Galloway Council’s Household Emergency Life-saving Plan, which you may find useful to make plans for your family/household against any need arising.  The Community Council is not currently expecting any emergency in this area – so now is probably a good time to have a think about what you might do were one to arise.  There’s more information on www.majoremergenciesindg.co.uk. and a few more copies of blank Emergency Plans in the Community Council box file in Thornhill Library, which you’re welcome to take.
